Fundamentals of Agility

This workshop touches the fundamentals of agile working. It gives a brief history of agility as it is nowadays widely used in modern organizations stemming from software development and evolving into other parts of organizations such as sales and marketing. Basic values and principles of self organized teams will be discussed. Participants will reflect individually and in groups. Furthermore this class gives a basic understanding of agile methods and techniques such as Scrum and Kanban. What role does leadership play in an agile and self organized team? This workshop closes with a reflection on agility and how to implement an agile mindset in organizations.
