At the heart of any strategic approach to solving problems, is a deep understanding of the problem.
In this course, you will learn about the essential components of Design Research that are used to understand challenges and create experiences that meet people’s needs.
You will learn from trainer Gerry Scullion who has over 12-years working in the Design Research space as an independent UX and Service Design in Europe and Australia. He has worked with Governments, Councils and Start ups - all with the same focus of wanting to create positive experiences for both the business and the person using the service (customer or citizen).
This is a blended course, meaning you will be able to work through core videos and activities at your own pace.
