Cancellations

We realise that life can sometimes get in the way of some of the best-made plans. So as a result, we offer a 100%-free refund up to 72-hours before the event is due to start.

Cancellation requests and refunds that fall within the 72-hours before the course will be at This is Doings discretion.

Exchanges

We realise that you may not be able to attend a course and would like to change ownership of the ticket over to a friend or colleague. We allow this, but the changes need to be submitted up to 72-hours before the end via our contact form. Please note, that It is not possible to transfer your course to another person once a course is underway.

Refunds

If you have attended a course that has not met your expectations, first of all, we are truly sorry that this has been your experience. We recommend that you get in touch with us via our contact page so we can resolve the matter and hopefully make the best of the situation.

Before course starts

From time to time, we may be forced to reschedule course dates. If this happens and you have purchased a ticket, we will contact you as soon as possible to see if the new dates are suitable for you. If the newly proposed dates do not suit you, you will be entitled to a full refund, plus a 10% discount code for use on future course bookings.

Please note that we do our best to ensure that the dates advertised are always met, but from time to time, our trainers may be sick and need to reschedule.

During the course

In the instance of this happening, the trainer will reschedule a date with the group, with the most popular and earliest available date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date and time, you will have access to the recorded version as soon as it has being finished editing.

Minimum attendees per course

In order to run a course, there needs to be a minimum number of attendees. We do this to maintain business feasibility and profitability, but also we want to ensure that there are enough people in attendance to make it a fun and enjoyable experience for all attendees.

If the minimum number of attendees is not reached, you will be offered a full refund plus a 10% discount code for use of future course bookings.

If there is anything that we might have missed, and you are feeling dissatisfied with the service that we have provided, we encourage you to contact our CEO, Gerry Scullion via the contact page to alert him.

Our intent is to deliver a world-class learning experience for all of our students.
