We are excited to announce that This is Doing will be partnering with Design Skillnet in Ireland to deliver a world-class 3-month Service Design Programme open to residents of Ireland and internationally.

The program has been designed with the busy professional in mind, and like all of our courses, will be delivered live as an online class.

The course will cover all of the key aspects of Service Design and will be delivered by many of the pioneers of Service Design, Human Centered Design, Design Research, Prototyping, Employee Experience, Content Design and Facilitation. It features courses delivered by Adam Lawrence, Tamas Lengle, Geke Van Dijk, Dr Qin, Markus Edgar Hormess, Gerry Scullion, Marc Stickdorn, Sarah Winters and Renatus Hoogenraad.

All of the faculty at This is Doing are so excited to deliver this 12-week course with our good friends at Design Skillnet and the IDI. It gives people access to proven practitioners who have walked the walk in service design and who lead the way forward for the practice. Being an Irish business, and I myself being located in Ireland, gives me personally so much joy in being able to bring this course to designers locally.
