In this course you will learn the essentials of Service Design, Design Research and Content Design and get to work on a Public Service design challenge remotely with your team. You will also learn and work with raw data-sets, journey maps, personas, system maps and also gain a better understanding of how to work as an effective cohort inside your organisation to deliver more considered services.

Gerry has deep service design and design research expertise and has worked with large global organisations, local Governments and Councils in Australia and in Europe, Financial Services, Healthcare to help them both embed design into their organisation and also design better services.
