About the course

Hands-on multi-disciplinary approach to exploring and developing new service concepts, using an integrated mix of tools and principles from service design, design research and business strategy. This course is focused on a combination of training and coaching. All participants in this course are expected to work on a personal project in which to apply what they learn and thereby connect it to the everyday context of their work.The course will be co-delivered by Geke van dijk (STBY) and Dr. Wietze van der Aa (University of Amsterdam, Business School).

Explore needs and preferences of target groups. Identify opportunities for new service offerings. Develop innovative service concepts. Review and adapt business models. Pitch roadmap for implementation.
