About the course

This workshop covers introductions to Design Research and Service Design - it has been redesigned to give optimal value to people working in areas of product design, user-interface design and business analyst roles looking to get more hands on experience in conducting research, forming insights and bringing them into the working environment. In the course you will learn and work with raw data-sets, journey maps, personas and system maps. At a high-level you will learn the basics of Design Research > Forming Insights > Framing insights into action.
