This course introduces participants to Service Design's history, mindset and key methods. In particular, it focuses on the need to think front stage and back stage of service experiences and organisations, across touchpoints and channels. It gives a brief taste of central methods, such as design research, mapping journeys and service blueprints, generating service concepts and prototyping so that participants understand the importance of sequencing.
