Ben is passionate about bringing our design and HCD focus to bear on our own business and organisation to create healthy and happy organisations that are capable of realising the full potential of humans to inspire innovation, solve the most wicked of problems and create amazing services that help others.

Ben’s skill focus centres around facilitation and communication to bring together all the right people to make decisions, plan and lead the way to the future.

In the past, Ben has been part of drafting the future experiences for the Australian apprenticeships data management system, designed compelling visual design for health innovation startups, manages and build design training for international audiences, established UX agile ways of working for design teams, mapped the employee experience in organisations and used his background in science communication and behavioural change to design health promotion initiatives.
