This is Doing is a leading online live real time design and innovation training business that provides public and private courses. Our faculty consists of experienced and internationally known thought leaders in the fields of service design, user experience design, design research, product management and content design.
We are a fully remote business, with trainers and clients spread across the globe.
The person will be responsible for managing and growing our Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn accounts as well as our alumni communities via Mighty Networks.

As well as being able to manage social media, the person should have an interest in design and innovation.
We would prefer if you have experience in paid advertising where appropriate to help drive sales for our courses, build brand awareness and help advise and support the faculty in creating valuable content for the global design and innovation community.
We look for people who want to learn and grow and can work well with people many of whom prefer to work asynchronously.
We are a fully remote business, so familiarity with online communication tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Meet is really important. The person will need to be a self-starter, and able to take assets to produce campaigns from scratch and be able to conduct experiments and be continually learning.
You will work alongside the CEO and Marketing person for This is Doing on a day-to-day basis. We work normal business hours (7.5 hours per day, CET), but there is plenty of room for flexible, asynchronous working.
You will have access to a dedicated workspace and a fast internet connection. You will have your own computer and access to design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud or Affinity products.
This is a 3-month part-time (20 hours per week) contractual position – with a view to extension and full-time in the future.
Freelance contract, invoice-based, with total value of €3000, plus access to join 3 of our live classrooms courses (maximum of 1 per month).
