##The people behind it

At This is Doing we stand on the shoulder of giants

Many of the team at This is Doing have had great mentors and coaches throughout their careers – and still do. We learn from others and in our turn would like you to learn and grow. Faster and better.

What is the difference between coaching and mentoring?

In a mentoring relationship the mentor guides the mentee in the right direction, making use of knowledge, expertise and experience.

In a coaching relationship the coach partners with clients in a non-directive creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.

We are on your side

It is important to understand that our mentors and coaches do not tell you what to do, how to do it, or do the work for you. They will bring their “savoir-faire” to challenge you and ask you just the right questions, allowing you to find the answers you’re looking for.
