Doing Deep Dive Design Research entails making considered choices, embracing complexity, and dealing with uncertainty. This masterclass zooms in on those types of situations. Based on examples and reflective practice we’ll discuss what happens behind the scenes in the daily life of a design researcher. The masterclass will be delivered by two international experts: Geke van Dijk (STBY, UK and Netherlands) and Babitha George (Quicksand, India). They have both worked as design researchers for many years, and have also collaborated together on several in-depth research projects for global clients.
